Cooking fest with Lorraine, Day 1!

So my future mother-in-law had a bunch of food in her cupboards and freezer she wanted to use so this week, since I have a break from one of my jobs, we are having a cooking fest! 

This day we made a veggie sandwich with a Vegan patty, spicy mustard and, chipotle mayo. We made an absolutely delicious macaroni salad with quinoa noodles, carrots ๐Ÿฅ•, onion, celery, Himalayan pink salt, pepper, cayenne and Vegan mayo. And, we served this all with steamed Brussels sprouts and had a family dinner ๐Ÿด! We are brining family dinners back in style! ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
