2/3/17 Glute Workout


-20 minutes Bike (while studying white blood cells 😜🤓) 

-4x 12/12 reps Straight Leg Kick Back on the Cable Machine

-4x 15 reps & 5 pulses Hip Abduction Machine 

-3x double set of 15 reps Ball Crunches (slow on the way down) & 15 reps Bridges with bent knees and feet on the stability ball

-8 minutes deep breathing exercises in the Sauna (deep breathing and sweating are great for detoxing!)
