Raw Vegan Onion Bread


A couple weeks ago I put together this concoction. It was roughly: 

2 c Sunflower Seeds, soaked and sprouted

2 c Golden Flax, soaked

2 c Yellow Onion, chopped

1t-1 T Himalayan Pink Salt

1t-1T Braggs Liquid Amino Acids



1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse it all together, leaving the "dough" a little chunky.

2. Place on the Excalibur Dehydrator teflex sheet on the tray in a large square, and flatten.

3. Dehydrate on 145 degrees for 2 hours, then flip and score the bread in 12 squares.

4. Dehydrate on 115 degrees for at least 6 or more hours until it is crisp.


You can use this like a sandwich bread, add some avocado or just eat it like a snack!
