I just made this raw vegan Raspberry Granache Fudge Cake for my honey for Valentine's Day. It only took about 25-30 minutes. I got the recipe from Ani's Raw Food Desserts cookbook by Ani Phyo.
I substituted the agave for 1/2 a banana in the frosting because I didn't want to use such a concentrated sugar. I also added the hemp seeds which are high in healthy essential fatty acids.
The frosting and cake were so delicious by itself that some of it didn't make it in the cake 🤣
