I have made a lot of health foods but cultured yogurts are a new one for me. I am learning new ways to get beneficial bacteria in our gut because a healthy gut microbiome is key to one's health.
Traditional yogurts are usually made with dairy, sugar, synthetic vitamins and all kinds of other undesirable things for good health, and this is why I decided to make my own.
This recipe has cashews, water, vanilla extract, psyllium husks, Custom Probiotics #2 Yogurt Starter, and green stevia powder to "sweeten" it-No weird stuff, as I like to say.
It tasted pretty good but I'd like to perfect it before posting a recipe.
