Day 4-Almond Milk Matcha Chai Tea

It's day 4 of Paul's and my cleanse and he suggested I post this drink we have been starting our morning with, after our water 💦 of course-Almond Milk Matcha Chai Tea Latte🍵!

 

Here's a rough idea of the recipe: 

 

 1 cup Fresh Unsweetend Almond Milk

1/2 t Matcha Powder

1 bag Chai Tea brewed in 1/2 cup of water (I used loose Chai Tea)

1/2-1 T Unrefined Coconut Oil

Cinnamon Powder to taste  

Green Stevia to taste (Try white stevia first if it's your first time with stevia because green stevia is a little bitter.) 

 

1. Mix all the ingredients in a pot and heat on the stove until warm, stirring occasionally. (Be careful it doesn't overflow out of he pot like it did for me earlier! 🙃🤣)

 

Enjoy all the antioxidant benefits of the tea, and healthy essential fatty acids from the almond milk and coconut oil!!
