Pre-Christmas shopping snacks

I'm here at Whole Foods having a little snack before I do my Christmas shopping and this is what I decided to eat 🥑🍵🍫😋

I chose rice cakes because they are gluten free and specifically the seaweed one because seaweed is very high in essential minerals, especially iodine, which supports the thyroid.

I drank some Jasmine Green Tea, which is rich in flavonoids,  and a had some Sugar Free  Chocolate with Almonds. This chocolate is sweetened with monkfruit, a natural food based sweetener. It's delicious by the way!
